Coastal Revival Fund – Friday, 11th December '15

Wow!!!!

I think Santa has come early...

We, the trustees, would like to share some fantastic news. We have received notification of the successful application to the Coastal Revival Fund.

The Department of Communities and Local Government received 222 bids for the £3million Revival Fund and here's what they had to say.

"With the funding three times oversubscribed, your project demonstrated it was one of the very best."

We would like to thank Adur and Worthing Council for their fantastic support with this application for £50,000, especially Sam Sykes who has gone to pastures new.

The Friends of Shoreham Fort are looking forward to working with the council over the next few months and can't wait to get the next chapter of Shoreham Fort's story well and truly under way.

To all our supporters, please, please share this news far and wide, we want as many people as possible to share in this success.

Ho Ho Ho!

Lastly, from all of us in the Friends of Shoreham Fort, we want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a fantastic New Year!
